Placing an order:
How to order through this website:
• Select the product you require by clicking on the product image. Items can be viewed via each category.
• Fill in the quantity you wish to purchase and click the “Add to cart” button. Your Shopping Cart details will automatically be updated.
• You may then click “Shopping Cart” to finalise your order or “Keep Shopping” to continue purchasing other items.
• To remove an item from your cart, simply click in the remove icon in the “Cart Details” screen and then click the Update button located at the bottom left of the Shopping Cart.
• At any stage, you can click “Shopping Cart” within the Shopping Cart Summary box (top right corner) to finalise your order.
• To finalise your order, click on go to “Checkout”.
• If you are an existing Massage Wellbeing customer, please enter your email address and password below Returning Customer details to proceed to the order form. If you are a new customer, please Register Account as a Lemongrass House Massage customer. Alternatively, please proceed through our Checkout as a guest.
• Within checkout, once your contact and billing details are completed, please proceed to “Step 2” to finalise your payment. Your total amount payable is outlined at the bottom of the order form (freight is automatically included).
• Once everything is confirmed, please click on the “Submit Order” button.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is placed. If for any reason you have any problems processing your payment, your order should be saved in our system and we can finalise this manually for you. Please contact us.
You will receive a notification email to confirm your order has been received.
Notes:
• Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received and authorised.
• Some items within your order may be on backorder or in transit from our suppliers. We will dispatch these items to you as soon as possible.

Payment and Currency:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. A direct deposit payment feature is also available at the Checkout.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. All totals will be billed in Australian Dollars. International customers will be charged the equivalent of this rate in their respective currencies at the time the bank processes the transaction.
If you are visiting us from an overseas destination, please select your currency within “Your Cart” prior to viewing products and placing your order. Some products we offer cannot be delivered outside of Australia and the product range will reflect this once your currency has been selected.
Security:
Lemongrass House Massage offers you a safe and secure shopping experience. If you are paying by credit card, once your details are entered, your payment will be processed online. When you click “Submit Order”, we send the transaction to the bank. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the SSL encryption standard.
Delivery Information:
Products available from this website are dispatched from Cairns or Brisbane, Australia. We offer same day despatch for orders received by 10.00am. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery within Australia and 14-21 working days delivery overseas, depending on the destination.
Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. We suggest delivery direct to your office or workplace. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address, depending on the size of the order being delivered to you.
If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivery to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge may need to be applied prior to dispatch.
If your order is urgent, please contact us and include your order number reference.
Delivery Charges:
Please note freight costs apply to selected orders and will be added to your shopping cart on checkout. Pricing below includes GST for Australian delivery and excludes GST for International delivery.
Lemongrass House only ships products to destinations within Australia and shipping cost is based on different aspects of the order such as size, dollar amount and weight. Freight charges are calculated prior to shipment. You will be contacted if the freight charge is greater than the price displayed on checkout.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Australian Delivery:
Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order.
International Delivery:
Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to a country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you). We are also not responsible for any customs charges or other additional fees associated with the delivery of your order.

Returns and Refunds:

To return an item, please include the delivery note / invoice that you received with your parcel and outline the reason for the return. Please send your item(s) to:

Goods must be returned within 14 days of order date. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Once approved for return we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee.
We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you email us prior to returning an item(s) so we can expect your parcel.
